Professional Background
Lauren is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nurse Practitioner Degree from Quinnipiac University (2019). She began her journey earning her undergraduate nursing degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences.
Clinical Experience
After beginning her career at Backus Hospital, Lauren discovered her true passion in pediatrics, serving the Norwich community from 2019-2024. She enhanced her expertise by earning her Certification as a Lactation Counselor in 2021, and brings additional perspective from her recent experience in urgent care medicine.

Lauren believes in the importance of having a trusted provider as part of your family’s support system. She combines her comprehensive medical training with an understanding that raising healthy children requires partnership between families and healthcare providers.
Community Commitment
With certification in lactation counseling and extensive experience in both primary and urgent pediatric care, Lauren offers a unique blend of skills to support children’s health needs. Her background in multiple healthcare settings allows her to provide well-rounded, comprehensive care.
Personal Perspective
As a mother of three girls, Lauren truly understands that “it takes a village” to raise children. When not providing care to her patients, she dedicates her time to her three daughters and husband, bringing both professional expertise and personal understanding to her role as a provider.
